Saad Mark Awad grew up in Damascus, Syria, where he perfected this creamy, lemony, super-fresh, and completely authentic Hummus. Saad arrived in the US in 2005, became a business owner in 2006 (Markos, Narragansett), and a citizen in 2009. He now serves as Beautiful Day's production manager.
Ingredients: Chickpeas, Tahini (Sesame Seeds), Fresh Lemon Juice, Water, Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Distilled Vinegar.
Keep refrigerated. Best consumed within six days of opening.

So good!!! My only problem with it is how addicting it is. Now no other hummus will do and I need to have a stock in my fridge at all times.
