Refund policy
Since we sell perishable goods, Beautiful Day does not generally accept returns.
That said, part of our pride in making a fresh, high-quality products is that we're eager for our customers to fully enjoy them. If we make a mistake like sending the wrong product, or if there is a problem with anything we send, we want to know about it and we will do whatever we can to fix it.
If a customer is not happy for some other reason we'd like to know so we can figure out if we can do anything about it.
We do make granolas in a variety of styles (some chewier, some crunchier, with varieties in the size of clumps) so it's important to read the product information about monthly varietals if style is very important to you.
