Granola Subscriptions

 

I want to become a subscriber. How do I do that?

Our subscription program is a great way to support our programs and keep granola in your life. Once you’ve selected your purchase, simply click the “Subscribe and Save” option and continue shopping to keep adding items to your monthly box. 



Do I need to set up an account

Yes! Once you sign up an account is created on our end, but you will need to create your own account login and password, which is where you manage orders, subscription passwords.

Find the person login in the upper right hand corner and that will bring up a “create account” form. 

I'm officially a subscriber. Now what?

As a subscriber, you have the ability to create your own "bundle" of products. Choose your Beautiful Day product to receive each month. With each order, we include a modest contribution to our training program (just as we do for retail sales).


When does my subscription ship?

You can determine the interval frequency of how often your monthly bundle is sent out (e.g., monthly, every two months, or twice a month), the period of how many times a bundle is sent (e.g., for the following four periods), and the delivery date on which it will be sent. You can customize your subscription to meet your needs. 


I'm a long-time subscriber. Has anything changed?

In 2020, we made changes to our subscription program, offering more options and flexibility. All previous subscribers were grandfathered into our current system, so you’re all set!


I forgot to add something to my monthly subscription, but my package hasn't shipped yet. Can I make a last-minute change?

Yes! If we haven’t already shipped your order, you can add or remove a product. 


I still have lots of granola left from last month. Can I skip this month?

Yes. If you don’t want to receive your package this month but don't want to cancel your subscription, you can either defer delivery or simply cancel the order. To do this, head to your subscription account, to update your subscription plan or specific orders.

I want to give a granola subscription as a gift. How do I do that?

Gifting a subscription is the same as signing up for yourself, except it ships to the recipient's address instead of yours. You can manage gift subscriptions through your account.


How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go! Canceling your subscription is super easy. Once a subscription is charged, you can cancel it yourself at any time. Go to your account (if you haven’t created one, you can do that here), and you can cancel from there.

Donations and Tax Deductions

 

Can I make a one-time donation to Beautiful Day when I place an order?

Yes! You can add a one-time gift at checkout, which is found at the bottom of the page.


How do I set up a recurring donation?

Is my purchase tax-deductible?

Yes.




Programs

 

I’d like to support the programs. How can I do that?

Thank you! You can support our programs by purchasing our products! 100% of the profits go back into supporting our programs and trainees. Another way to support us and make sure you’re never without your favorite granola is to become a subscriber. Your monthly purchase keeps granola in your life and provides financial support for our programs (a win-win!). If you simply want to give to programs, head to our donation page, where we outline all the ways you can support us with your generous donations!


What are Story Cards, and how do I get one?

Every month, we interview one of the trainees at Beautiful Day and send out a postcard-sized Story Card. We do this to give our trainees the chance to share their stories and to allow our supporters and customers to learn more about the individuals we work with.

Shipping and Refunds


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, but rates fluctuate, so reach out to our Customer Service Team if you have questions about current rates.  


How do I get a refund?

If you need a refund, please contact our Customer Service Team


How long does shipping usually take? 

We ship six days a week. Depending on where you live, your package should arrive within two or three days.


What can I expect during the holiday season?

During the holidays, delivery takes between 2 and 7 days, depending on your location. 


What type of shipping do you use?

We use USPS Priority services and UPS. We always choose the lowest rate.


Is shipping different for custom orders?

For custom orders, shipping costs are based on weight and destination. We will discuss these details with you before finalizing your order.


What to do if the shipping address is different from the billing address?

No problem. When you check out, you can add a different shipping address, making it easy to send gifts.


Can I add a personalized note to my order?

Yes! Once you reach checkout, we have a text box for “special instructions”. Feel free to add your personalized note there, and one of our trainees will handwrite this note. 





Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? 

Yes!  We offer pick up at our facility Monday through Friday, 10 AM- 5 PM. We are located at 66 Benefit St, with our entrance at the back on Star Street.

Can I buy Beautiful Day's products with Apple Pay?

You can use Apple Pay when purchasing Beautiful Day’s products online and in person when paying with your iPhone.

Are Beautiful Day Products gluten-free?

Our granola is made with organic oats, and only our bars are made with gluten-free oats. We say they are “gluten-friendly” because our kitchen is not gluten-free.


Are Beautiful Day products certified organic?

We prioritize mostly organic quality ingredients, including premium nuts, high-protein seeds, and locally sourced honey. Each product is listed with Nutritional facts.


Do you use canola oil in your products?

We use organic canola oil that is not processed with industrial chemicals. 


I am curious about nutritional information. How do I find out more about that?

You can find the Nutritional facts on each product page. 





Is alcohol an ingredient in any of your products? 

We use Bourbon in our Bourbon and Bananas Foster bars, but all of the alcohol evaporates when cooking, so it’s only to enhance the flavor.


The texture of my bars is different from last time, why is that?

Sometimes ,when our bars are freshly made, they haven’t had time to soften from the moisture of the fruit. This can make the texture a bit more brittle, but don’t worry, they’re not stale!

To update your email address, we will need to do it manually for you. Please contact our Customer Service team to make any updates to your account.

Can I visit Beautiful Day?

We love having visitors! We offer tours of our facility so you can see where the magic happens. You are also welcome to join us for our Weekly Communal Dinner to meet our trainees and learn more about Beautiful Day and the community we serve.
