Shipping policy

Shipping & Pickup

We ship orders Monday to Friday with USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Shipping costs $7.95, but if your order is over $120, shipping is free. 

Local customers can pick up orders at our Providence facility at 66 Benefit St., 02904.Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 5:00.

Delayed & Custom Orders

Most items are shipped with USPS and include limited insurance. If something gets lost, please contact USPS, but also let us know if your order doesn’t arrive. 
If we make an address error and your order is returned, we will cover the cost to resend it.
If the address provided is incorrect, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.If you have a special or custom order, or need international shipping, please contact us so we can help with your shipping needs.
