Wow! This coffee smelled amazing as beans, and still better after it was ground. The taste was fantastic! We'll definitely be re-ordering again soon - even if it's a bit pricey for an "everyday" coffee.

Beautiful Day Coffee - Ethiopian Light and Dark Roast

A 50/50 blend of the light and dark was absolutely perfect for us, but even unblended, the light was not too tame, and the dark was not too intense. This is the first time we'd ever come across a light-roasted Ethiopian, and it was not too wimpy for out tastes. We were pleasantly surprised. And at the other end of the spectrum, the dark roast was robust but smooth, whereas other regular- and dark- roasted Ethiopian beans have sometimes produced coffee that seemed too strong/harsh. This one was excellent.

Alas I did not realize i was buying beans! It would be good to make that very clear in the description. I Have just procured a grinder so in fairness i cannot rate yet but have high hopes!
