Dr. David DeLong is author of Hidden Talent: How to Employ Refugees, the Formerly Incarcerated & People With Disabilities. This new book received a starred Kirkus Review.

David is a nationally recognized keynote speaker helping leaders implement practical solutions for critical skill shortages and a changing workforce. He has also been a research fellow at the MIT AgeLab and an adjunct professor at Babson College where he has taught MBAs “Leading and Managing Organizational Change”. David is co-author of The Executive Guide to High-Impact Talent Management (McGraw-Hill), as well as the widely praised book Lost Knowledge: Confronting the Threat of an Aging Workforce (Oxford University Press). He is also the author of Graduate to a Great Job: Make Your College Degree Pay Off in Today’s Market.
